WeightWatchers Clinic (formerly Sequence)
WeightWatchers Clinic is WW's telehealth program prescribing FDA-approved weight-loss medications alongside the WW app.

What it is

WW says it only prescribes FDA-approved medications, including Wegovy (pen and pill), Zepbound, Saxenda, metformin and naltrexone/bupropion.
GLP-1 medication costs are not included in the membership.

Pros and cons
What users say
Common themes in public posts on Reddit, Trustpilot, the Better Business Bureau and app stores, summarised and linked. Individual experiences vary.
- WeightWatchers' clinic gets little dedicated Reddit discussion; members mention it mainly as a way to get brand-name GLP-1 prescriptions and insurance prior authorizations handled, and some say the app's GLP-1 mode (tracking protein, fibre and water) is useful.67
- In r/Zepbound, commenters weighing WeightWatchers against low-cost prescribers point to its monthly fees and suggest checking what insurance actually covers.78
- Trustpilot reviewers (covering all of WeightWatchers) praise the clinicians and dietitians and quick answers through the clinic; complaints describe slow onboarding, repeated insurance attempts and medication cost.3
