How often should I get a skin check?

Many people have a yearly check, more often with a history of skin cancer or many moles. Your dermatologist will suggest a schedule.

What mole changes should I look for?

Use ABCDE: Asymmetry, irregular Borders, uneven Colour, Diameter larger than a pencil eraser, and Evolving size, shape or colour. Book a check if you notice any.
