CareClinic is a symptom, medication and health tracker for people managing chronic conditions such as migraine, IBS, POTS and PCOS. It bundles more than a dozen trackers, medication reminders, personal health records, care teams for family and caregivers, and PDF reports to share with providers.
Emerge Care tracks symptoms too, but you log by talking: tell it how you feel, and it keeps the log on your iPhone, answers with named sources and builds a one-page summary for your next visit.
Choose CareClinic if
You want many trackers in one place (nutrition, stool, cycle, questionnaires), a health records binder, caregiver and family sharing, or Android, web and Mac apps.
Choose Emerge Care if
You would rather describe how you feel than fill in trackers, you want sourced answers about your own log, and you want a visit summary and questions ready for your doctor.

CareClinic lists AI Insights for pattern detection, and an optional connector that lets outside AI assistants such as ChatGPT or Claude read your CareClinic data. We found no built-in chat that names sources for health facts.
Can I bring my symptom log to a doctor's appointment?
Both help. CareClinic makes PDF reports with charts to share with providers. Emerge Care builds a one-page visit summary PDF of what you logged since your last visit, with your questions at the end.
Which is better for tracking medication side effects?
Both track them. CareClinic is stronger if you want detailed medication schedules, refill reminders and many trackers side by side. Emerge Care is easier if you want to describe side effects in your own words and bring a summary to your clinician. Never change a treatment without your clinician.
