Emerge Care

Emerge Care vs Flo

Flo, by Flo Health, is a cycle tracker. You log periods and more than 70 symptoms and moods, and it predicts your next period and fertile window, follows a pregnancy week by week and covers perimenopause. Flo Premium adds a Health Assistant chatbot, a Symptom Checker and a report you can share with your doctor. An optional Anonymous Mode separates your health data from your name and email.

Emerge Care does a different job. It does not track cycles or predict ovulation. It is an iPhone health companion for the time between doctor visits: you tell it how you feel, it keeps the log on your phone, answers with named sources, and builds a one-page summary for your next appointment.
