Medisafe is a medication management app. It reminds you when a dose is due, handles complex schedules, tracks refills and appointments, records health measurements such as blood pressure and glucose, and can alert a family member or caregiver (a Medfriend) when a dose is missed. In the US it also shows drug interaction warnings and can import medications from Health Records on iPhone.
Emerge Care does a different job. It is built around how you feel between doctor visits: you tell it in your own words, it keeps the log on your iPhone, answers with named sources, and builds a one-page summary for your next appointment.
Choose Medisafe if
You mainly need reliable reminders to take your medication on time, refill alerts, a caregiver who gets notified about missed doses, or an app that also runs on Android.
Choose Emerge Care if
You want to log symptoms and side effects by talking, get answers that name their source, keep your records on your own phone, and walk into any appointment with a summary and your questions.
