AgelessRx is an online longevity clinic that also prescribes GLP-1 medications, including low-dose plans.

What it is

Weight-management plans include standard GLP-1 programs and low-dose (microdosing) semaglutide and tirzepatide.

The site says some products are compounded by a licensed pharmacy and are not FDA-approved, without naming which.

Also offers longevity, hormone, NAD+, peptide and other prescriptions.

Sexual-health offerings are tadalafil pills (as needed) and PT-141 as an injection or nasal spray.

Members complete an online intake reviewed by a US-licensed provider; some states require a short video visit, at no added cost.

Publishes member check-in results for tadalafil and PT-141 and notes they are not clinical-trial data.

Online evaluation with a licensed provider, then a compounded NAD+ injection plan (200 mg/mL; 500 mg or 1,000 mg vials) with a clinician-guided titration, needles and syringes included.

Also lists an NAD+ nasal spray, sermorelin, glutathione and B12 injections, rapamycin, metformin, low-dose naltrexone, GLP-1 programs and women's hormone care.

Says its NAD+ is compounded by a US-licensed, LegitScript-certified partner pharmacy and that the FDA has not reviewed or approved compounded products.

Prescribes: GLP-1s (semaglutide, tirzepatide), some compounded; site does not specify which. Tadalafil, PT-141 (bremelanotide) injection or nasal spray, plus longevity and weight-loss medications. Compounded NAD+ (injection and nasal spray), sermorelin, glutathione and B12, which are not FDA-approved, plus generic rapamycin, metformin and low-dose naltrexone.
