What users say

Common themes in public posts on Reddit, Trustpilot, the Better Business Bureau and app stores, summarised and linked. Individual experiences vary.

  • Reviewers often praise attentive providers, easy scheduling, the app and responsive support.2
  • Complaints mention missed or late appointments, refill problems, sudden provider changes and worries about shipping temperature.2
  • Members argued over an August 2026 switch to dose-based medication pricing: Mochi posted that no price went up, while some users said higher tirzepatide doses from one pharmacy rose to about $250.1113
  • Some long-time members say they are leaving over price compared with no-membership competitors, while others stay because the treatment is working for them.12
  • Members describe being moved between several compounding pharmacies over time, with different additives; one user reported receiving another patient's medication, and commenters largely blamed the pharmacy.1415

Records we found

Official and court records we found in public sources as of October 16, 2026. This is not a live or complete record; check fda.gov, ftc.gov and court sites for the latest.

  1. Court

On Lilly's second amended complaint, the court dismissed the Lanham Act claims against Mochi Health and Aequita and let California Unfair Competition Law claims, including a corporate-practice-of-medicine conspiracy theory, proceed. No final judgment was found in this check.10

  2. Court

On Lilly's amended complaint, Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley allowed the Unfair Competition Law and Lanham Act claims to proceed and dismissed the civil conspiracy claim with leave to amend.8

  3. Court

The court dismissed Lilly's original complaint for failing to show injury (standing), with leave to amend.7

  4. Court

Novo Nordisk sued Mochi Health and its medical groups (N.D. Cal., No. 5:25-cv-06563), a trademark and Lanham Act case alleging Mochi implied its compounded semaglutide was FDA-reviewed and showed images of Ozempic pens. Mochi moved to dismiss the second amended complaint in April 2026; no ruling was found in this check.16

  5. Court

Eli Lilly sued Mochi Health and affiliated medical groups (N.D. Cal., No. 3:25-cv-03534), alongside separate suits against Fella, Willow and Henry Meds, alleging Mochi marketed mass-produced compounded tirzepatide as 'personalized' and misled consumers; Lilly also alleged violations of California's corporate-practice-of-medicine rules.6

  6. State board

Washington's Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission issued a Limited Stop Service to Aequita Pharmacy (Kirkland, WA), a compounding pharmacy that filled Mochi orders and was later named with Mochi in Eli Lilly's suit, alleging untrained staff doing sterile compounding and inadequate supervision. The action was against the pharmacy, not Mochi; its resolution was not found in this check.9
