LillyDirect
LillyDirect is Eli Lilly's direct-to-patient pharmacy service for Lilly medicines, including self-pay Zepbound, with links to independent telehealth prescribers.
What it is
Patients have a prescription sent to LillyDirect Pharmacy, which handles savings, prior authorization and home delivery.
Zepbound single-dose vials are sold self-pay only and exclusively through LillyDirect; KwikPens accept select insurance or self-pay.
A 'Find telehealth care' section lists independent telehealth providers for obesity; Lilly says it does not endorse them and visit fees exclude medication.
