Eden is a US online health service that sells compounded and brand-name GLP-1 weight-loss medications plus wellness, hair and hormone treatments.

What it is

Patients complete an online consultation and a provider decides whether to prescribe.

Weight-loss options include compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide and brand-name GLP-1s such as Wegovy and Zepbound.

Eden also sells sermorelin, NAD+, hair-growth and hormone products.

Eden sells compounded NAD+ as a subcutaneous injection (500-1000 mg vials, home kit included), a nasal spray and a face cream.

Its longevity line also lists sermorelin injections and tablets, glutathione, MIC+B12 injections and methylene blue.

Product pages say medication requires an active Eden membership ($39 first month, then $99/month) on top of the medication price.

Eden states the FDA does not review or approve compounded medications for safety or effectiveness and that NAD+ is not FDA-approved to treat any condition.

Prescribes: Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide (not FDA-approved) and brand-name GLP-1s (Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound, Mounjaro). Compounded NAD+ (injection, nasal, topical), sermorelin, glutathione and MIC+B12; none of these compounded products are FDA-approved.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Advertises a same-price-at-every-dose guarantee (may not apply during promotions).1
  • Discloses on its site that compounded medications are not FDA-approved.1
  • Publishes first-month and ongoing NAD+ prices and offers three NAD+ forms.12
  • Product pages state FSA/HSA eligibility and month-to-month cancellation.11

Cons

  • Received an FDA warning letter in June 2026 about website claims for its compounded GLP-1 products.2
  • Many listed prices are first-month rates.1
  • A separate membership ($99/month after the first month) is required on top of medication prices, so the advertised medication price is not the full monthly cost.11
  • Price figures differ between the homepage and the NAD+ product page.12
  • Received an FDA warning letter in June 2026 over its compounded GLP-1 marketing and labels.2

What users say

Common themes in public posts on Reddit, Trustpilot, the Better Business Bureau and app stores, summarised and linked. Individual experiences vary.

  • Reviewers often praise knowledgeable, patient support staff who resolve billing and prescription issues.3
  • Complaints include shipping delays, medication arriving warm, hard-to-reach support and unexpected or duplicate charges.3
  • When the tirzepatide shortage was declared over in October 2024, members reported Eden dropping tirzepatide patients, then advertising it again that December; some called the later email misleading about the regulatory situation.56
  • In mid-2025 members said Eden switched pharmacies and moved compounded semaglutide to formulations with added B12 and glycine without asking; two members also reported being double charged.7
  • A July 2026 thread describes a short-filled vial and a paid refill that had not shipped weeks later, with the member saying messages went unanswered.8
  • Some members recommend Eden as fast and easy to use, while r/tirzepatidecompound regulars note it is not on that subreddit's vetted provider list.910
  • Trustpilot reviewers report steady weight loss and helpful staff for refills and billing; complaints mention warm or delayed shipments, being given a lower dose than before, and trouble cancelling or getting refunds.4
  • Some Reddit users report NAD+ shipments arriving without cold packs or delayed, and difficulty getting this resolved with support.1516
  • Several Reddit commenters say subcutaneous NAD+ from Eden gave them more energy, including people also on GLP-1 drugs; these are self-reports.1718
  • Some Reddit commenters caution that much NAD+ content online comes from sellers rather than independent users.1920
  • Trustpilot shows 4.5/5 from about 4,944 reviews (mostly weight-loss patients); complaints cover shipping delays, warm medication and duplicate charges.3

  1. FDA

FDA sent a warning letter to Eden Health International Inc. dba Eden stating that pictured labels naming Eden suggested it compounds the drugs and that describing its sources as "FDA-licensed" outsourcing facilities was false or misleading, rendering its compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide misbranded.2
