Niagen Plus
Niagen Plus is Niagen Bioscience's telehealth program that prescribes an at-home injection kit of nicotinamide riboside (an NAD+ precursor), launched in May 2026.
What it is
After purchase, patients complete an intake and a licensed provider decides whether to prescribe; the kit includes one 500mg nicotinamide riboside chloride vial, bacteriostatic water and supplies.
Company says Niagen Bioscience is not the manufacturer or compounder; compounding is done by a licensed 503B outsourcing facility and the kit ships from a licensed 503A pharmacy.
Also offers clinician-administered Niagen IV and IM therapy at partner clinics.
Prescribes: Compounded nicotinamide riboside chloride for subcutaneous injection (prescription only; compounded, not an FDA-approved drug).
